The putera management information system (hereinafter referred to as the "System"), is a system developed for public (hereinafter referred to as "Staff") to make it easier for users to manage Putera information under the supervision of RMC. The system can be used on web browser and mobile browser.
The Government ensures that the personal information collected is in line with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709).
This application will not record the user personal data except with permission and given voluntarily by the user. The information provided by the user is used for the purpose of collecting information on Putera detail for current intake. This information is not shared with other organizations for other purposes unless specifically stated.
a. This application collects data submitted upon user consent and done voluntarily through the application registration process for access to the application system.

d. Personal data collected will not be disclosed to any third party or transferred to a place outside Malaysia for commercial purposes.
If the personal data provided is incomplete or inconsistent, then the use of the services offered by the application may be restricted or detailed information may not be accurate.
The data displayed by the Application will be stored in accordance with this Privacy Policy in accordance with any applicable laws that may be in force from time to time.
The application implements security features that comply with global standards to protect the confidentiality and security of user information.
